Those who applied to Ouroboros services under the Thrive Initiative and are granted access by Neuramod LLC recieve services for a full year on two separate tier types. The first tier is focused solely on application features, while the second tier is focused on applying our all inclusive package.

The first tier has greater availability and more openings and we recommend that most people start here when applying. The second tier has far less openings at any given time, but is more inclusive and may be highly beneficial depending upon the unique circumstances of your situation.

To apply, all that is required is a submission of interest that clearly explains your situation, how this program would benefit you, and which tier of service you would like. Please note that to be fully eligible for the Thrive Initiative, we do require proof of income at a later point in time. An application does not guarantee free access to our services, nor do multiple applications assist in the chance of you being selected.
